Lately, I’ve been lending my talents to HP where I did some pretty heavy lifting - writing problem solving copy for printer control panels, HP apps, Live UI, EWS, and portals. Plus, I manag all messages that show up on at least two touch points in an Excel doc with over 1300 messaging situations.
