Aside from writing web copy for HP’s Instant Ink subscription service, I also served as a UX Tech writer and although I have constraints on showing my work (partly due to legal reasons, but mostly because what I wrote isn’t live yet, nothing holds me back from listing my accomplishments.

  • Created and confirmed problem solving messages for over twenty new printers on a variety of touch points

  • Worked with teams around the globe to assign, edit, and create new problem solving messages

  • Constructed a brand new message documentation file for new Enterprise printers

Ask me about my UX Tech work during the interview since showing you my work is hush-hush. And now, onto the web work.

Above the fold copy and design.

Don’t forget the benefits!

Anticipate where the reader is on their storytelling journey and ask them the question they’re asking themselves

… and the close the story by reconfirming the service with the main benefit.
